Hello! I'm Anuja Luniya. Your stress strategist. And stress-regulating expert! 😎
From the age of 9, I wanted 2 things.
To be a doctor and run my own business.
Fast forward to 15 years, I was a freshly graduated physiotherapist eager to healthify the world.
But life had thrown in a twist.
I was a physiotherapist with a chronic disease. And under immense stress because life kept throwing curve balls my way.
And life was a struggle between loving the hustle and slowing down.
“No restrictions, no diets, no changing my workouts, nothing!”
Anuja gave me the push I needed to work on my stress (& stop stressing about it)! The tasks, small tips and tricks led to big changes—simple things that made seemingly difficult paths not just easy, but fun! I got to do it all exactly the way I want. No restrictions, no diets, no changing my workouts, nothing! I got to choose how to make it fit for me and in my routine and lifestyle, not the other way around like all those other programs out there. From the first day, it has all been uphill, and it just keeps getting better and better.


I came from a family of doctors, but ‘wellness’ was never a priority for me. Until 2004. 😶
Hot weather, uncomfortable clothing, loud noises, and bright lights always startled me.
Calls and meetings made me feel anxious.
Crowded spaces made me feel uneasy.
I was uncomfortable starting conversations with new people.
In fact, I would have panic attacks when I felt extremely claustrophobic.
I mean it when I say I was stressed out all the time.
With relationships. Family. Friends. School. College. Work. Losing my sister to cancer.
And naturally, work was my only “escape” – and I burned out multiple times.
Managing stress was my least priority. And that very decade-long negligence culminated into my hard-hitting diagnosis that altered my life:
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

Doctors put me on a lot of medicines for 5 years to control the flare ups. 👇🏽
By 2009, it was clear to me that the relief was temporary.
I wasn’t getting any better.
So I decided to focus on lifestyle changes + fitness.
The results were extraordinary.
Consistent, daily focus helped me put my IBD into 100% remission for nearly 10 years.
And as my health improved, so did my drive to help people experience the same benefits.
So I started a fitness studio and polyclinic. And for 9 years, my signature programs catered to over 8000 families.
But, all that hustling caught up with me. Life became about surviving, instead of thriving.
In 2018, life took another massive U-turn – personally and professionally.
My lifestyle changed again.
This time, it was not healthy.

My anxiety returned. My panic attacks returned. And so did my stress. 😵💫
Come 2020, I had IBD flare ups for 3 full years.
I was virtually bed-ridden, in severe pain and could not eat solid food.
I even lost 1/3 of my body weight.
Daily activities became such a struggle, that I shut down my fitness and coaching studio.
I just did not have the energy to work.
I felt lost, hopeless and isolated.
I was afraid that I’d never be able to eat what I love or do a solo trip again.

Until I said “enough.” ✋🏽
Suffice to say it was time to get creative.
I hopped on the cycle of researching and experimenting.
In the 7 months that followed, I studied and designed my own stress-regulation protocol catered to my unique biology.
And this completely changed my life.
The results:
- My inflammation CRP levels fell from 48.6mg/L to 8.2mg/L.
- I can digest and tolerate 7x more foods now, without flare ups.
- I went from interrupted to little sleep, to sleeping deeply 8.5 hours every night.
- I can calm myself if I get anxious, no matter where I am.
- I went from fatigued and brain-fogged to energetic and enthusiastic.

After 16+ years in the health industry, running a fitness studio, working with 1:1 clients, and conducting workshops for corporates, I reinvented my brand by:
Using my expertise and my own journey with autoimmune disease to develop a playful, science-backed approach to stress regulation that actually works.
My superpower? Transforming complex science into fun-sized adventures.
